Apple Cranberry Pear Crisp

Adapted from La Dolce Vegan by Sarah Kramer

Filling:
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 pear, peeled, cored and chopped
¼ cup of sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Topping:
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 cup oats
4 tablespoon butter at room temperature

Oil an 8-inch baking pan and preheat your oven to 375 F. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl (or in the baking pan to save dishes). In a separate bowl, mix all of the topping ingredients. Spread filling along the bottom of the oiled baking pan. Evenly spread the oatmeal topping over the fruit filling. Bake the crisp for around 50 minutes or until it looks done. Serves four.
