U of M to raise rent, meal plan fees

The University of Manitoba’s board of governors recently approved a proposal that will increase rent for student residences and hike other ancillary fees for students living at the university.







U of M chancellor re-elected to another term

Harvey Secter, University of Manitoba alumni and dean emeritus of the university’s Robson Hall faculty of law, was re-elected as chancellor of the university on Feb. 3 and will have completed nine years in the position by the end of his term in 2019.
