Toban Talkback

The food service contract we currently have with Aramark will expire this April — should we sign a new deal with them or take our business elsewhere?

I’m not so sure. I do think that change would be good around here when it comes to our food services and choices, but at the same time it’s not horrible right now. Healthier food choices would be a bonus.

They should most definitely take the business elsewhere. The food is too pricy right now and the nutritional quality isn’t something to brag about. Change is needed.

For sure, I think we should re-sign. I have been really pleased so far with what they are offering us, although I don’t know what else is out there. Almost $4 for a slice of pizza isn’t good, but overall I think they are doing a great job.

I don’t really buy food here and that’s probably because there aren’t enough choices that appeal to me. It’s pretty expensive so on a student’s wage, I can’t afford it — maybe if there was some change I wouldn’t have to pack a lunch every day.

I think we should re-sign. The food here is generally pretty good and although the prices are a little high, I’m sure they could negotiate it. I’d like to see some where that I could get food a little faster just because we don’t have a lot of time between classes to stand in line.
