The Manitoban would like to apologize for the misrepresentation of Sarah Paquin in the story entitled, “UMSU ponders gender-neutral washrooms” in the Feb. 28, 2007 issue.
Paquin was misquoted in paragraphs 14 and 15 in using the term “no-gender” and on her ideas of a gender-neutral washroom. Paquin supports the idea of the washroom, and only pointed out some potential problems after stating it was a good idea.
The article also stated Paquin is an arts student when she is in fact a human ecology student.
The Manitoban apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
